Personal Easy Budget Tracker is a personal finance and budgeting app designed to help users manage spending, track expenses, and build smarter saving habits.
For this project, I led the end-to-end product design — from UX research and user flow mapping to interface design and App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy. The main goal was to create a clean, data-driven, and trustworthy mobile experience that simplifies financial tracking without overwhelming the user.
The app focuses on transparency and ease of use, providing users with clear visualizations of their income, expenses, and savings progress. Through minimal design and clear hierarchy, Personal Easy Budget Tracker became everyday tool for better money management.
Process
Research & Strategy
I began by researching user behavior and pain points in existing budgeting apps. Many users felt that most financial tools were either too complex or lacked emotional connection.
Based my research and competitor benchmarks, I identified three core needs: simplicity, visual clarity, and actionable insights. From there, I structured a UX strategy centered around intuitive categorization, personalized summaries, and motivational progress tracking.
The user journey was tracked around real financial goals — from adding incomes and expenses to reviewing financial performance. Information architecture was designed to make data exploration effortless while ensuring privacy and security remained at the forefront.
Design & Development
The visual language of Personal Easy Budget Tracker balances clarity and warmth. The interface adopts a minimal grid system, soft color gradients, and clear typography to create a sense of trust and focus. Each data visualization was designed to be immediately understandable, even at a glance.
Also crafted a responsive design system to ensure seamless adaptation across all devices, incorporating light animations and microinteractions that enhance usability without distraction.
The project extended beyond UI design: I prepared all App Store creative assets, metadata, and ASO strategy to ensure discoverability and user conversion. The iconography and screenshots reflect the app's calm and organized visual tone, reinforcing its reliability as a daily financial companion.
Throughout the process, I meticulously worked through all processes to improve usability and application flow. Regular design reviews helped align the interface with user feedback, ensuring that every feature — from expense input to budget summaries — felt effortless and purposeful.
